Job description

Are you a Will Writer / Paralegal keen to develop your knowledge/experience?

Our client is an established 10 Partner practice in North Kent seeking a Will Writer to join their established team of lawyers.

You will be working primarily from the firm's Dartford office but will be expected to visit clients at other sites locally in Orpington & Bexleyheath.

You will be meeting clients, taking instructions, and drafting a range of Wills/Codicils and LPAs for the firm's clients (some HNW and London based). Any additional experience with Probate & Estate Administration or Trusts would be an advantage (although not essential).

You must have a car or be willing to travel to multiple office locations; some qualification including LPC, ILEX, or trainee STEP would be preferred.
