Qualifications

Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Wills and Probate / Private Client team. Working on a range of private client work including wills, LPAs, probate, and Court of Protection applications, you will be responsible for providing professional legal advice and support to clients. This will include undertaking client meetings, drafting, updating and producing wills and LPAs, inspecting properties and undertaking research.

Required Skills:

  1. 5-10 years PQE in private client and professional will and LPA writing experience is essential.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Ability to work quickly and accurately.
  4. High level IT skills.
  5. Ability to work to deadlines, meet targets, and manage your own workload.
  6. Caring and empathetic approach.
