As part of this dynamic team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services while contributing to the firm’s growth and success.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional service to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
2. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop new business opportunities.
3. Enhance and expand the firm’s Wills, Trusts, and Probate offering within the department.
4. Manage a diverse caseload of wills, probate, and trust matters independently.
5. Consistently achieve KPIs and targets while aligning with the commercial objectives of the firm.
6. Produce fee income in line with established targets and objectives.
7. Stay up-to-date with changes in law and practice within your area of expertise.
8. Maintain and enhance legal skills to ensure best practice and high-quality service delivery.
9. Exercise financial control, including cash flow management, billing procedures, and collection of monies on account.
10. Perform fee-earning work accurately and in accordance with the firm’s quality and risk management procedures.
11. Flexibility to take on additional duties as required by the firm, which may include supporting other offices or client locations.

Who Are We Looking For?

To succeed in this role, you will have:

1. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Wills, Trusts, and Probate law.
2. In-depth knowledge of mainstream private client matters, including wills, power of attorney, tax planning, Court of Protection, special needs trusts, and estate administration.
3. A solid understanding of Money Laundering Regulations and Solicitors Accounts Rules.
4. The ability to effectively work with clients experiencing mental capacity issues.
5. Strong relationship-building skills, enabling you to nurture connections with clients at all levels.
6. A commitment to providing the highest quality service to clients.
7. Excellent written, numeracy, and time-management skills.
8. Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to think creatively and solve problems.
9. Proficiency in case management systems, MS Word, and Excel.
10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a client-first approach.
11. High levels of empathy and integrity.
12. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
