Sue Ross Recruitment are recruiting for the position of a Will and Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) Paralegal to join an award-winning regional law firm who specialise in both personal and business services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a diverse caseload
  2. Deliver high standards of client care
  3. Ensure commercial awareness in case management and outcomes
  4. Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve key targets
  5. Lead and oversee the Wills & LPA team, ensuring exceptional service delivery
  6. Provide expert legal advice on wills, estate planning, and LPAs
