Wholesale Customer Service & Operations Specialist UK

Assist with all administration duties for the Wholesale department and is responsible for providing general support to the sales team.

The Wholesale Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimising the operational processes within the wholesale department. This role ensures seamless order processing, inventory management, and customer support while collaborating with internal teams to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end wholesale order process, including order entry, invoicing, and shipment coordination.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and assist in demand forecasting. Communicate with wholesale clients regarding order updates, shipment tracking, and any operational issues.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and discrepancies related to orders or invoices. Collaborate with the sales team and cross functional partners within the business.
• Support process automation and system enhancements to streamline workflows.
• Partner with Account Managers to help maximise opportunities to achieve the annual financial plan.
• Be present in customer appointments, attend customer trade calls/meetings and support the Sales Operations Manager with quarterly QBR's.
• Ensure all current work process' are adhered to and work is completed to a high standard.
