They work with all major UK retailers and are looking for a driven Wholesale Coordinator due to exponential year-on-year growth. The Role
The Wholesale Coordinator manages customer and operational transactions in partnership with the sales and operations team. In this role, you will support communication across all functions, notably commercial, operations, and supply chain. This is a fast-paced role requiring the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Some duties include:

• Account Support: fielding account-specific calls and emails, developing relationships with key partners and retailers
• Assisting with in-depth product set-up information, providing partners/retailers with necessary details
• Sales Data analysis and weekly reporting (including key initiatives sales data and stock availability)
• Processing orders (order review and entry) and maintaining open order workbook/s, linking with other departments
• Attending meetings both internally and externally
• Data cleansing tasks
• Appreciating customers' logistical needs and vendor compliance
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, retail partners, peers, and other departments
• Participating in product/brand knowledge training to learn about new and existing product lines
• Strong knowledge and understanding of company systems, products, and processes
• End-to-end administrative support

The Candidate
Experience as an Account Coordinator, Wholesale Coordinator, or similar role within another consumer goods business or retail supplier is a must. Other desired skills include:

• A go-getter with an excellent working knowledge of Excel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• A willingness to learn, adapt, participate, and develop
• Demonstrated client services focus in a similar area/role
• Analytical mind with a good understanding of numbers
• Excellent customer service, engagement, and communication skills

• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages essential

• Methodical approach to daily tasks
• Confident in working autonomously to meet changing deadlines
• Willingness to provide support to the team during busy periods or times of absence
