Job description

Are you looking for a new SEN Tutoring position beginning after the Christmas break?

Teaching Personnel’s PWR team have partnered with a trust who have SEMH sites nationwide, to support them with their permanent recruitment ahead of the new year. One of their SEMH schools in the Silverstone area are looking to appoint a full time, permanent Wellbeing Tutor, to encourage their engagement with their learning. Role: Wellbeing Tutor

Location: Silverstone, Northamptonshire

Start: January

Contract: Full time, permanent

Salary: Up to £29,190

*Sponsorship is unavailable for this position

Requirements:
  1. Recognised teaching qualification would be an advantage
  2. A passion for working with pupils with SEN and a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties
  3. A dedication to positive behaviour management
  4. You will occasionally be required to work with pupils 1-2-1 on offsite intervention activities so you must be able to drive and have access to your own car
  5. Resilience, flexibility and adaptable to change
