We are looking for a compassionate and creative Wellbeing Coordinator to join our dedicated team within Cornwallis Care Services. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of our residents by designing and implementing activities and programs that promote a positive and fulfilling life. You’ll play a key role in improving the quality of life for our residents by providing a variety of activities that are tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
Cornwallis Care Services is a family run business that started life in 1989. Since then we have grown to become one of the leading providers of care in Cornwall. We support and care for over 300 people in our residential and nursing homes across the county, from Looe to St Ives. We are dedicated to making improvements wherever we can, and are never satisfied with the status quo. We ensure that everything we do is continually reviewed. We get regular feedback from residents, their families and visitors, on the occasions we find shortcomings we are quick to put them right and review what happened.
