Band 7 - Salary Range $106,626 to $119,182 per annum + 11.5% Super + ADO
Salary offered will depend on level of skills and experience.

The Opportunity
The Wellbeing and Safety team is expanding as part of a new People and Safety structure, creating exciting opportunities for new team members keen on being part of a transforming team that will be well resourced to meet the Council’s current and future growth needs. As a Wellbeing and Injury Management Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term safety strategy, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our employees.
Reporting to the Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be part of a collaborative team that includes Safety Advisors, an Emergency Management Lead, a Child Safety Lead, and Safety and Wellbeing Admin Support.
In this role, you will work closely with business leaders, staff, the Senior Workplace Relations Advisor, and HR Business Partners. Your key responsibilities will include promoting the wellbeing and safety of Melton City Council’s workforce, reducing incidents and injuries, and supporting the successful return-to-work of injured employees.
