As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. You will work closely with the team to promote the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment for all residents.
Your focus as Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. Other responsibilities will include identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents, planning and submitting a monthly activity and wellbeing plan, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
