To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate effective communication skills, an understanding of the role interaction plays in the general well-being of people, a positive attitude toward older people, and a commitment to providing stimulating, quality activities and social events. Previous experience working with older people in a residential nursing Dementia setting is also required.
