Welding Team Lead

Location: Leighton Buzzard (Commutable from Stoke Mandeville, Aylesbury, Aston Clinton, Bicester, Berkhamsted)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Schedule: Mon-Fri (earlies and lates)

Our client is a leading manufacturer, with a reputation for product quality which is second to none and industry-leading standards. Due to continued customer growth, they are looking for a team leader within the welding department to oversee operations and staff.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee welding operations and ensure quality and production targets are met
2. Get involved in TIG and MIG Welding
3. Conduct handovers
4. Carry out various weld tests

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. Be a coded welder
2. Have experience in a supervisory/team lead role
3. Have experience in a manufacturing environment
