Mploy are seeking TIG/MIG welders at all skill levels. You will be joining a well-established company based in Romsey, supporting the Welding / Fabrication shop. You will have either your NVQ or time-served experience.

You will be:

Able to understand fabrication drawings.
Working at times unsupervised to works order delivered from Infor system, ensuring correct use of booking on and completing sign off on the computer system.
Implementing and ensuring Operator Quality Control as per company manual.
General support to Supervisor, Management and all other employees.
Supporting Lean Manufacturing techniques via Production, Engineering and Materials Dept.
