Job Title: Welder Fabricator / Body Builder
Location: Near Dursley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm
Salary: Highly Competitive, depending on experience

The Role
We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator / Body Builder to join our busy production team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming technical drawings into high-quality vehicle bodies using a variety of welding techniques and modern fabrication tools. You will play a vital part in ensuring that each build meets the highest standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate and assemble vehicle bodies
2. Carry out welding and fabrication work using MIG, TIG, or other appropriate methods
3. Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and structural integrity
4. Work collaboratively with design and production teams to improve processes and solve fabrication challenges
5. Maintain accurate documentation of build processes and modifications
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment

About You

• Proven experience as a Welder, Fabricator, or Body Builder in an automotive or manufacturing environment
• Proficient in various welding techniques and familiar with standard fabrication tools and machinery
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Relevant welding certifications are desirable
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
