We're on the hunt for a talented Welder to join a dynamic team and light up the workshop with your spark.

Location: Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds

Hours: 7:00am - 16:00pm Monday-Friday

Salary: £16.98 per hour

Benefits: Health Cash Plan, Team days out, Christmas parties, 20 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday, Overtime available at 1.5x, Death in Service Cover

What we are looking for:

1. A talented Welder with MIG experience
2. Minimum Level 2 City & Guilds Qualification
3. Someone who can offer continuous improvement ideas
4. The ability to work within a close-knit team
5. The ability to work to engineering drawings

Candidates must have:

1. City and Guilds Level 2 qualification in Metal Inert Gas Welding or an equivalent qualification
2. Previous experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
3. Willingness to learn and take on board training when required
4. Experience fabricating steelwork
5. Strong verbal and written communications
6. A good understanding of health and safety
7. Good health due to heavy lifting
