We are currently recruiting for a Welder / Fabricator for a well-established engineering company based in Weymouth.

As a skilled Welder with expertise in MIG and MMA welding, you will work primarily on aluminium and steel materials in a marine environment. This is a site-based role, offering a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects in the marine sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

MIG & MMA Welding: Carry out welding on both aluminium and steel materials, primarily using MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and MMA (Manual Metal Arc) welding techniques.
Inspect your work after completion to ensure it is free from defects and up to code. Follow industry-standard safety and quality procedures to guarantee that all welding work is completed to exacting specifications.
Perform welding on both aluminium and steel.
Comfortable working in site-based roles, often outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
