Job description

A great opportunity has arisen within a successful engineering company for an experienced permanent Welder, working Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.


You will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of various air filtration units, coverings and ventilated ceilings using Zintec, stainless-steel and aluminium parts using TIG welding processes.


Your main duties will include:
  1. Setting up welding machines based on the specific project
  2. Following/reading drawings to correctly weld components
  3. Supplying quality finished works to a high standard
  4. Working to specific time constraints
  5. Working collaboratively with other Factory employees
  6. Following and adhering to health and safety standards
  7. Willingness to complete overtime on occasion

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have energy, passion and a proven track record of high performance and must share our Company values. Self-driven with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and attention to detail.


Experience/Qualifications
  1. Experience working with 1.2mm Stainless and Polishing
  2. Previous welding experience
  3. Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures
  4. Experience in using electrical or manual tools
  5. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
  6. Knowledge of safety standards
