As they continue to expand, they are looking for a skilled MIG & TIG Welder to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform MIG and TIG welding on various aerospace components and materials, ensuring high-quality welds to specification.
  2. Work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to fabricate precision parts.
  3. Ensure all welds meet industry standards and customer requirements for strength, durability, and appearance.
  4. Conduct visual and non-destructive testing of welds to confirm quality and integrity.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  6. Work closely with other team members to meet production targets and timelines.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support best practices in welding techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding, particularly in the aerospace or high-precision manufacturing sector.
  2. Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and welding codes/standards.
  3. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
  4. Experience working with a variety of metals, including stainless steel, titanium, and aluminium.
  5. Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and precision.
  6. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  7. Relevant welding qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ) are desirable.
