Permanent role based in Lichfield, commutable from Tamworth, Cannock, Walsall, Burton upon Trent, and surrounding areas.

Our client is looking for an experienced Stick Welder/Fabricator to join their expanding team.

Interviewing immediately.

Start time 6.00 - 18.00

Overtime paid at a premium.

JOB PURPOSE

To report to the Welding Supervisor.

To Stick weld industrial boilers.

To read all engineering drawings.

THE Stick Welder CANDIDATE:

1. Ability to Stick Weld.
2. Experienced in MMA.
3. Coded to 6G would be an advantage.
4. Industrial boiler and pressure tested welding experience is an advantage.
5. A highly skilled individual who can read engineering drawings and cope with varied jobs and materials.
6. Have experience with dispatch repair, furnace, steam boilers, or retube of boilers.
7. Hold a full UK Driving License.
8. Ability to work on site and stay away from home.
9. Candidate should be able to work on their own initiative.
