Welder

Welder Fabricator is required for a Structural Steel and Architectural Metalwork company based in Colchester.

Salary: £21 per hour CIS
Start Date: ASAP
Length of Contract: 1 month
Hours on site & Hours paid: 6 am or 7 till 4 pm (8.5 - 9.5 hours paid)
Weekends Overtime: Saturdays .X1.3

Key Responsibilities

• Read from drawing: Interpret architectural drawings to ensure precise welding.
• MIG Welder: Execute MIG welding tasks to meet project specifications.
• Architectural metalwork: Fabricate and assemble metal structures as per design requirements.
• Work hours: Maintain a work schedule from 6 or 7 AM till 4 PM, with 8.5 - 9.5 hours paid.
• Overtime: Work on Saturdays at a rate of 1.3 times the standard pay.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in MIG welding and architectural metalwork.
• Certifications: Relevant welding certifications preferred.
• Tools: Must have own welding tools.
• Availability: Ability to start immediately.
