Reclamet Car Breakers and Metal Recycling Centre is based in Birchington, Kent. We are an Authorised Treatment Facility, recycling end-of-life vehicles with direct links to the DVLA, and are licenced Waste Management and Waste Carriers. Alongside the 6-acre vehicle storage yard is a 40,000 sqft warehouse that houses over 100,000 “green” auto parts ready for the market. Reclamet won Medium-Sized Vehicle Recycling Company of the Year at the ATF Professional Awards on November 28, 2024, honouring our team’s commitment to excel in the sector.

Reclamet’s salvage stock consists of accident damaged vehicles. A lot of our stock has minimal damage and can return back on the road. Our salvage car auction is updated weekly. Customers can register to bid on salvage cars online.

Our HIAB vehicle comes with a fully trained, experienced driver holding CPCS and CSCS qualifications, ensuring that you’re in safe, knowledgeable hands for a HIAB hire in Kent.

We have a dedicated tyre bay, offering part worn and new tyres at very competitive prices with free fitting. We specialize in supplying and fitting high-performance tyres and can order tyres on demand. Wheel balancing is also available.

We buy alloy wheels in and around Kent. We offer a collection service or you can drop off your aluminium wheels for recycling at the yard. For alloy wheels in sets and in good condition, we can offer a higher price based on their resale value.

TFL scrappage scheme is available for residents in the 32 London boroughs and the City of London who own a non-ULEZ-compliant vehicle. Scrap your vehicle, we pay you and issue you a COD, then you apply for the TFL scrappage grant.
