Kinetic are recruiting a permanent position for a very well-known British Defence company with thousands of employees worldwide. Are you a Mass Property Engineer looking to secure a new permanent position? Is Warton in Lancashire an area you are able to commute to or relocate to if you'd like? Would a salary of between £47,683 - £52,426 dependant on skills and experience be suitable? Do you have a degree / HND/HNC in a STEM subject or equivalent? Have you got comprehensive knowledge of aircraft structure and systems, weights engineering processes and methods? Would you be able to manage staff and do you have previous experience leading a team? Duties will include:
  1. Defining and carrying out engineering tasks within your span of responsibility for you and any subordinate staff under your control.
  2. Agreeing your work plan with your line manager and applying the most efficient engineering methods available.
  3. Ensuring the technical content of your work and that of subordinate staff, including deliverables, is acceptable to your line manager.
  4. Ensuring effective interactions with your team, customers, and others, to promote the best interests of the team, department, and company.
  5. Providing efficiency and effectiveness suggestions for the development of Weights Engineering toolsets and processes within the discipline capability development framework.

LOCATION: Warton, Nr Preston, Lancashire

SALARY: £47,683 - £52,426 dependant on skills and experience
