Job description

Pinnacle Group is looking for a Weekend Police Custody Cleaner to provide and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Soft Facilities Management Cleaning Team based at the Stainbeck Police Station Leeds LS7.

Your role will be to provide and maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for staff, users, and visitors to a high standard throughout the Police Station. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.

This is a Permanent Position of Min 8hrs per week working Saturday & Sunday 6am to 10am. There is also possible overtime available which can be discussed at the interview stage.

Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Clean and maintain all areas to standards required to meet the Authority requirements including: Cleaning Custody Suites, Cleaning Vehicles, Cleaning Rooms & Cleaning Cells.
  • Ensure appropriate PPE/uniforms are always used during working hours.
  • To take instruction and advice from the Cleaning Supervisor.
Key Requirements:
  • Cleaning experience advantage, knowledge of colour coding, manual handling, COSHH & Health & Safety.
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team and be able to demonstrate initiative.
  • The appointment of this role will be subject to the completion of a satisfactory Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Check and you must have resided in the UK for the last 3 years.
