Job Introduction

As a Weekend Chef at Sodexo in Slough, you'll have a passion for food and excellent organisational skills. What you’ll do:

  1. Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods.
  2. Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts.
  3. Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.
  4. Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard.

What you bring:
  1. Level 2 or 3 Chef Qualifications and minimum 1 year of experience in hands-on cooking.
  2. Experience in menu planning and production.
  3. Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking.
