As a Weekend Chef at Sodexo in Eccles, Manchester, you're ambitious about culinary excellence. We understand the true strength it takes to be a chef! You'll be providing this service for our armed forces personnel, improving their quality of life every day!

What you’ll do:

  • Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
  • Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
  • Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard

What you bring:

  • NVQ lv 2/3 or experience in a busy kitchen environment
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience in menu production and confident input
  • Exposure to bulk cooking
  • The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills
