An exciting position has become available for someone who is committed to offering the highest of standards of service to our clients. The role is primarily office-based with weddings taking place on the weekends which you will be required to conduct. Your main responsibility will be the pre-wedding planning as well as on-the-day management of weddings, as well as assisting the team with other event enquiries. Your daily duties will include responding to enquiries, preparing proposals for clients, carrying out show-rounds, co-ordinating final details with clients, and working closely with the operational team to ensure smooth delivery of events on the day.
As a Wedding Coordinator, you should have a warm, personable nature, a can-do attitude, and an exceptional eye for detail. You will be confident, enjoy client relationship building, and have clear planning and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
Along with the annual salary, there is also an annual bonus available as well as quarterly commission on sales made.
