Your new dream Job:

As a Strategist within the Website Services team you’ll be working with a variety of clients across different industries to improve the customer experience and overall performance of their websites. This involves running discovery workshops, analysing website traffic data, creating hypotheses for conversion rate optimisation and drawing up wireframes alongside the design team.

The role is a combination of website redesign projects where a client wants to restart and rebuild, and ongoing retainers where you will work with clients on a monthly basis to identify opportunities to improve their sites and work with the design & development team to execute them.

What your Day will look like:

  • Work closely with clients to understand what they need from their website and craft strategies that solve problems for their business

  • Run in-person and virtual website discovery workshops

  • Create detailed sitemaps, strategy blueprints and website wireframes

  • Delve into website analytics to find trends and opportunities and deliver UX audits

  • Be accountable for the ongoing success of client websites

  • Work collaboratively with our SEO, Content, Design and Development teams to deliver quality websites on the HubSpot platform

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and tools so you can pro-actively recommend solutions

What skills will you require?

  • 2+ years of experience within a website focused in either a strategy or UX role where you developed web strategies that aligned with business objectives

  • Experience running workshops with small stakeholder groups and managing them through large scale projects (e.g. Sales and Marketing Directors)

  • Ability to conduct user and client research including surveys, interviews and data analysis to inform your strategic decisions and translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • A knack for solving complex design and usability challenges

  • Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, with a strong focus on user-centered design processes

  • Expertise in low-fidelity wireframe tools (e.g. Miro or Balsamiq)

  • Familiarity with the capabilities of web development technologies like HTML, CSS and Javascript

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms from an end-user perspective (e.g. HubSpot CMS, Wordpress)

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and their impact on website structure and user experience

  • For this role fluent English is a must, competency ingerman would be a bonus.
