Job Description
NB Communication is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic project manager to be part of our client-facing team working with a range of clients from throughout the country, including recognised brands such as AG Barr, Rettie, Promote Shetland and Sheila Fleet Jewellery.
Working in an interesting and varied environment, you will manage a range of marketing projects, with a particular focus on website design and development, including ecommerce sites built using Shopify.
You will explore and interpret client requirements, working alongside our creative and technical teams to devise solutions which achieve wider objectives. Key activities will include digital strategy and planning, project management, analysis and reporting.
With a clear understanding of the digital marketing industry, you will strive for excellent results whilst also maintaining and developing efficient processes that ensure profitability and quality results for our clients.
Although NB is perhaps best known for website development and digital marketing work, we've grown in recent years to offer a broader range of strategic, branding and content services. Based in Shetland, we are proud to have helped many remote and rural businesses to thrive while also exporting our own services to clients all over the country.
NB’s head office is in Lerwick, Shetland, but our clients are based across Scotland and the wider UK. We have over 20 years of experience building effective remote and hybrid teams, and we are open to this role being filled by a candidate from anywhere in the UK, or indeed elsewhere, provided they have the relevant experience.

You will apply your skills in a challenging and fast-paced environment, co-ordinating and managing subcontractors, colleagues and marketing projects simultaneously.
You will also seek to identify appropriate opportunities for the NB team to provide additional services to clients, helping to grow the value of each account.
