About the Role

As Website Manager you will oversee and enhance our digital presence. You will be responsible for managing all university-owned web properties, ensuring they are engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with our digital strategy. The position plays a key role in shaping the university's online presence and supporting our marketing, recruitment, and admissions objectives.

What You'll Do

  1. Manage the day-to-day operation of BIMM University's websites, ensuring content is up to date, accurate, and in line with brand guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with teams across the university to create, update, and optimise web pages, landing pages, and other digital assets.
  3. Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search visibility and drive traffic to our website.
  4. Conduct regular website audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring an excellent user experience.
  5. Work closely with Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions teams to align web content with university-wide initiatives.
  6. Use web analytics tools to monitor performance, engagement, and conversion rates, providing insights to enhance website effectiveness.
  7. Liaise with external developers and internal IT teams to maintain and optimise website functionality.
  8. Ensure all web content adheres to accessibility standards and compliance regulations.

What You'll Bring

  1. Experience managing large-scale websites using a CMS, such as WordPress.
  2. Strong SEO expertise, including both technical and on-page optimisation.
  3. Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  4. Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and improve website performance.
  5. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  7. High attention to detail and a commitment to content accuracy and quality.
