Website Content Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable candidate to join this high-profile team on a temporary basis for at least a few months.

This role is to start immediately, working Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Reporting directly to the Website Manager, you will be primarily focused on repetitive, fast-paced tasks to support the digital team.

The key responsibilities will include:

1. Uploading product images to the website
2. Resizing images using Photoshop
3. Compiling Google analytic reports
4. Supporting with any other administrative duties as required

This is a fully office-based role, and you must be able to reach the site in Bicester each day. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a repetitive environment and be comfortable working at a fast pace.

1. Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
2. Strong communicator
3. Able to multi-task on multiple projects
4. Autonomous and able to work in a team
5. Organised, able to plan and prioritise workload
6. Flexibility to work weekends if needed
7. Experience using Photoshop and Shopify
