It has a growing network of offices across the UK as well as offices in New York and Johannesburg. Clients range from private individuals to some of the UK’s largest universities. The Group’s vision is to become a leading global provider of trusted wealth planning and investment management solutions to clients, underpinned by investment in people and innovation in technology to support our advisers and clients.

What you’ll do as a Wealth Planner:
  • You will form key client relationships and collaborate with Investment Managers to increase client engagement.
  • Working directly with clients, providing a wide range of financial planning solutions and conducting annual reviews.
  • Growing your client bank organically through referrals and developing relationships with professional connections.
  • Prepare, present and implement advice recommendations and cash flow modelling reports.
  • Responsible for some general administrative tasks as part of the scope for this role.
  • Liaising directly with the Client Liaison Administrators and Paraplanners to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain competency via successful completion of your required ‘continuing professional development’ (CPD) hours.

In addition to these responsibilities, you’ll also receive full access to a market-leading App, Kingswood Go, where you’ll be able to refer and promote within your own client base.

This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to undertake any other task as reasonably requested by your line manager where appropriate training and/or guidance is provided.

What we are looking for:
  • Qualified to a minimum of level 4 in Regulated Financial Planning.
  • Experience in managing private client relationships and providing financial advice.
  • Knowledge across a range of products and asset classes.
  • The ability to work with clients across all wealth bands and provide the very best support and guidance to clients with little to no financial knowledge.
  • Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and experience of dealing with multiple currencies.

We provide a clear and transparent bonus structure for acquiring new clients and boosting your retention of existing clients.

Here at Kingswood Group, we’re all about our people and are committed to recruiting and maintaining a diverse workforce.

We celebrate, recognise, and appreciate our differences, irrespective of background, race, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, or disability. We’re continually learning and improving our processes and policies to ensure an inclusive culture for all our employees. That’s why upon joining Kingswood, you’ll be able to contribute to our overall values to continue to make us one of the best places to work. In addition to this, we promote employee recognition and some of the top career development opportunities for those that are looking to progress.
