An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wealth Operations Associate in London. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic and growing wealth management firm, where you will be responsible for data entry and maintenance of investment management systems. With a competitive salary of £50,000, this position is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of operations experience within wealth management.

What you'll do:

1. Maintain and enter data into the firm's investment management systems
2. Complete assigned controls and resolve issues in a timely manner
3. Work on trade order reconciliation and ensure timely trade confirmations and settlements
4. Generate periodic client reports and contractual reporting to third parties
5. Administer corporate actions and process election decisions
6. Onboard new custodians and third parties as required

What you bring:

1. 2-5 years' experience in Operations or a similar position within wealth management operations
2. Relevant degree in Economics, Finance, Maths or similar field
3. Strong knowledge of wealth/asset management industry practices and UK regulations
4. Excellent analytical skills and report writing abilities
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Excel, Word and PowerPoint
6. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
