Are you highly motivated looking to further your career in Financial Services?

My client is seeking an experienced individual to support their Finance Advisors.

Duties of Wealth Management Administrator:
  1. Process new client applications and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with FCA regulations.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  3. Liaise with third party providers to gather plan information.
  4. Conduct critical yield calculations and demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory calculations.
  5. Liaise with clients to gather information and complete account administration tasks.
  6. Assist with processing client investment transactions, ensuring adherence to compliance procedures.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations for Financial Advisers.
  8. Manage client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  9. Maintain a strong understanding of current financial products and regulations.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient administrative processes.
Essential:
  1. Have a strong understanding of financial services regulations (FCA).
  2. Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software programs.
  3. Possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  4. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
  5. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Are a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
