Job Description:

I am looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join an award-winning IFA practice based in Manchester City Centre.

Dealing with HNW clients, you will be providing first-class administration support to Financial Advisers and their clients. Day-to-day duties will include:

  • Processing and chasing Letters of Authority to completion.
  • Obtaining illustrations and preparation for client meetings.
  • New business processing and fund switches.
  • Chasing new business through to completion with providers.
  • Database management/task management - ensuring the database is updated with all transactional elements of a client’s portfolio.
  • Fee and invoice processing.
  • Providing client portfolio summaries and valuations.
  • Ongoing suitability processing following client review meetings.

To apply for this role, you must have previous administration experience in an IFA environment with a broad knowledge in all financial planning product areas and experience of using a variety of platform provider portals and systems.

In return, you will be given full training and exam support – should the individual choose to develop their career in that direction.
