As WCS Technician you will have a detailed understanding of the product flow through the TGW automated solution and be a key customer contact for technical support queries, providing oversight, housekeeping, and optimisation. You will identify root causes, understanding if issues lie with the TGW Warehouse Control system (WCS), Client Warehouse Management System (WMS) or elsewhere. The WCS technician is a pivotal customer-facing role, you will support the customer in realising improved system performance, whilst ensuring TGW values and commercial efforts are maintained. Identifying opportunities for change requests that can be sold to the customer is key, enhancing overall TGW profitability. Working cross-functionally with other WCS departments in identifying and resolving bugs to ensure our products are reliable and the customer has a positive experience is an indicator of success in the role.
