Location - Hereford
Annual salary- £39,500 + excellent benefits
Hours of work - Full or part time available, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with hybrid working

About the role
Day-to-day, you'll carry out telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You'll listen to their experiences, ask questions and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits. It's important work that has a big impact on real lives, so we'll make sure you get the time you need with each customer to undertake a quality and respectful service.
Every assessment is different. You will work on a variety of cases across a range of conditions. It'll be challenging at times, but we'll support you to manage your caseloads efficiently, to deliver the best service. Our colleagues combine the highest levels of integrity with extensive clinical knowledge to offer the best service possible to our customers.
