The Water Systems Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, monitoring, and repair of hot and cold-water systems in accordance with established regulations and standards. This role involves tasks such as collecting water samples, disinfecting storage tanks, servicing TMVs, conducting legionella risk assessments, and removing dead legs.
Reports to: Group Portfolio Asset Director
The Water Systems Maintenance Technician role includes opportunities for overtime and occasional overnight stays, with hotel accommodation and meals provided. A company van is also supplied for work-related travel.
