A fantastic opportunity for a Water Hygiene Engineer has arisen to work for an international organization based around the Slough area.
Salary: Up to £34,000

No shift patterns (40 hours)
Location - Slough area
We are currently looking for a Water Hygiene Engineer to complete a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, minor plumbing, and electro/mechanical tasks to meet clients' requirements. We welcome applicants with limited or no direct experience, provided they have relevant experience in similar fields. Are you a person who can deliver a high quality of service, with a keen eye for detail?
- Completion of routine monitoring tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8. This is a mobile role, travelling to client sites and completing the necessary tasks to maintain compliance.
- To take a variety of water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with company procedures.
- Carry out water system cleaning and disinfections in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company procedures.
- Testing, servicing, and maintaining of thermostatic mixing valves and basic plumbing works where required.
- The ability to complete works on heating and chilled water systems and chlorine dioxide systems is desirable but not essential.
- Ensure that any equipment that you are responsible for is kept clean and is properly maintained.
Previous experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment is essential.
