Key Responsibilities:

1. A proven track record in senior operations management, ideally within the water hygiene or a related technical field, with demonstrable experience driving operational excellence and leading high-performing teams.
2. In-depth understanding of water hygiene protocols, compliance requirements, and remediation procedures, with the ability to ensure the highest standards of quality and regulatory adherence.
3. Strong business acumen and experience in managing large-scale operations, including logistics, scheduling and resource management.
4. Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on driving both short-term results and long-term growth.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, clients and internal teams alike.
