The successful candidate will be ideally based in the Peterborough, Corby or Milton Keynes area and will cover sites in the Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire and Peterborough area.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience), with significant opportunities to earn bonuses and overtime readily available.
- 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
- 23 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 25 days.

Main Duties:
- Descaling of shower heads and hoses.
- Tank cleans and inspections.
- Cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of the cooling towers.
- Endoscopic inspection of calorifiers.
- Mains injection pipework chlorination works.
- Technical service (closed heating and chilled system testing, cooling tower weekly/monthly checks, and water treatment of boilers).
- Plumbing & water treatment remedial skills.
- Acid descaling of boilers, towers, and condensers.
Requirements:

- Confined space trained (advantageous).

- Good level of computer skills.
- Positive attitude and work ethic.
- Hold a full Manual driving licence.
