Water Hygiene Engineer

The successful candidate will be ideally based in the Peterborough, Corby or Milton Keynes area and will cover sites in the Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire and Peterborough area.

Salary and Benefits:

1. Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience), with significant opportunities to earn bonuses and overtime readily available.
2. 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
3. 23 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 25 days.

Main Duties:

1. Descaling of shower heads and hoses.
2. Tank cleans and inspections.
3. Cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of the cooling towers.
4. Endoscopic inspection of calorifiers.
5. Mains injection pipework chlorination works.
6. Technical service (closed heating and chilled system testing, cooling tower weekly/monthly checks, and water treatment of boilers).
7. Plumbing & water treatment remedial skills.
8. Acid descaling of boilers, towers, and condensers.

Requirements:

4. Good level of computer skills.
5. Positive attitude and work ethic.
6. Hold a full Manual driving licence.
