Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Glasgow/Dundee (Candidates located anywhere in between are encouraged to apply)
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join our team, covering Glasgow, Dundee, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water hygiene services and remedial work, with a commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) servicing, installation, and maintenance.
2. Carry out remedial tasks, including:
1. Dead leg removal.
2. Installation of tank vents and overflow screens.
3. Ensure compliance with water hygiene and safety regulations.
4. Conduct risk assessments and maintain accurate records of work completed.
5. Travel to various client sites across Glasgow, Dundee, and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer.
2. Competence in TMV servicing and remedial skills, including dead leg removal and tank vent installation.
3. Knowledge of water hygiene regulations and best practices.
4. Full UK driving licence.
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
6. A proactive and professional approach to work.

What We Offer:

1. Competitive salary (£27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience).
2. Mobile role based from home, requiring a full driving licence.
3. 39-hour working week:
1. Monday to Thursday (8 hours per day)
2. Friday (7 hours)
4. Working hours: 08:00-17:30 (includes a half-hour unpaid lunch and one-hour unpaid travel each day).
5. 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
