The Role
As a Water Engineer, you will be independently completing water supply pipe investigations and repairs on-site for our customers. The company aims to ensure that works are completed during the first visit where possible, so great problem-solving skills are essential to overcome unforeseen challenges. You'll be responsible for caring for the customer on-site, so excellent customer care is vital - you'll need to confidently talk the customer through the works to leave them with reassurance and peace of mind. The company's dedicated in-house Technical Support Team will be there at all times to help with any issues you may face whilst on the job, from technical problems to vehicle and kit requirements.
