Job description

AM2PM

Commercial Cleaner – Washrooms – Coventry and surrounding areas (West Brom depot) – Permanent: £29-31k pa circa 45 hrs pw + Bonus, Commission, Van, Uniform, work from home & Training all provided.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile Cleaner of Commercial Washrooms/Bathrooms.

The Business:

A specialist washrooms solutions business of over 15 years who pride themselves on quality customer service and focusing on environmental improvements for them and their customers.

Main Role Responsibilities:

  1. Servicing equipment onsite at customer’s premises
  2. Installing equipment at customers premises.
  3. To build relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer experience.
  4. Maintain excellent commercial relationships with current customers and explore up sales opportunity.

Your Skills and Abilities:

Your role can be a varied requirement, from using DIY skills for electrical installations to plumbing fixes, then there is your ability to liaise with customers and discuss opportunities and of course record information and data for tracking and reporting purposes. All this and remaining polite, professional, and positive are all desired.

Salary, Benefits and Hours:

  1. Salary: £29-31k on £12.68ph circa 45 hrs per week + Bonus + uncapped commission
  2. Company van + uniform
  3. Pension
  4. 20 days leave plus bank holidays. Rises to 25 days with service.
  5. Monday to Friday, 8hr days, flex start/finish dependent on client needs

Qualifications:

  1. Ideally a Clean/Full Driving License
  2. Clear Enhanced DBS Check will be required
  3. 17th/18 the edition is desired
  4. Plumbing NVQ or similar desired
