Warehouse Technician (Audio / Speakers / Rigging Equipment)

£26,000 - £28,000 (OTE £32k) + Overtime + Progression + Training + Company Benefits

Do you have a background in Audio / Sound or Rigging Equipment? Are you looking to advance your career within a World-Class Audio company known for excellent progression pathways both technically and in seniority, plentiful overtime to substantially increase your earnings, as well as the opportunity to assist in global events and tours?

This market-leading Audio Rental company provides audio systems for live events across the UK and around the globe. They have experienced steady growth since their establishment 45 years ago and have recently been acquired by a global audio company, moving into larger premises and increasing their headcount to close to 150 people.

In this varied role, you would be responsible for all of the preparation and de-prepping of a range of state-of-the-art audio technology and rigging equipment. You will test, fault find, and maintain all departmental equipment. You will supply technical support, manage stock, assist casual staff, and communicate with various operational departments.

This role would suit a candidate with a background in Audio or Sound equipment looking to take a permanent position in the live events industry for a world-class audio rental company with a global presence. They are known for their excellent progression pathways, specialist industry training, and plentiful overtime to increase your earnings.

The Role:
  • Maintenance and repair of state-of-the-art Audio equipment
  • Preparation and de-prepping of all equipment
  • Managing / Training casual staff, working with other departments
  • 35 hours per week (Core Hours 10AM-6PM)
  • Overtime available - 1.5 x hourly rate
  • Progression and Training opportunities
