Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Northampton, Grange Park
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30
ONGOING ROLE - IMMEDIATE START

Staffing Match is expanding its onsite team in Northampton! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to support the day-to-day operations and workforce management for our valued client.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in team supervision or coordination to make a real impact within a busy and fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Team Leader:

  • Manage and effectively handle temporary workforce attendance, including absence and sickness
  • Monitor and support staff performance on the shop floor
  • Prepare client reports and capture key operational data
  • Ensure temporary staff on-site are supported, engaged, and working efficiently
  • Run staff inductions for new starters
  • Maintain and build business relationships with the client and internal teams


Requirements for the Warehouse Team Leader Role:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Team Leader, Onsite Coordinator, or Supervisor)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other systems
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Flexible and adaptable with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Customer service or administration background is desirable
