Lovisa Opportunity:

As the Warehouse Team Lead, you will work closely with all areas and team members of the warehouse. You will be responsible for all picking-related administrative tasks such as generating IBTs, ensuring nil picks are actioned as soon as the picking is done, and ensuring that nil pick locations are physically checked before items are corrected/adjusted. At times you will assist with the training of new and current team members for picking activities and admin tasks, as coverage of your role in any absence or leave. You may also be required to run and lead small groups or teams for tasks. You will be seen as a role model of the DC and need to lead by example and follow all rules of the DC, including updates of policies and procedures. You will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and respond/take direction from the warehouse management team/structure.

The Warehouse Administration Lead will be capable of the following duties:

  • Printing & Stapling of allocations in required formats for picking workloads.
  • Basic Futura system (ref lookup, ref attachment, IBT)
  • Zendesk - Transferring, Responding, actioning.
  • Upkeep of various spreadsheets
  • Problem Solving and Investigating of SKU & Pick Face Locations
  • Cycle counting & Stocktaking
  • Management of "floor stock" items and put away processes
  • Store Pick auditing
  • Training new team members
  • Coding of invoices & input into management system
  • Ensuring that stores have correct IBTs in listing.
  • Speak out if any inventory issues are seen/occur (Closing off incorrect allocations and generating a separate 2nd IBT)
  • Leading small teams/groups or 1-5 people for standard and ad-hoc warehouse tasks.
  • Assisting the Warehouse Manager, 2IC & 3IC in all daily tasks, sometimes running a shift if needed.
  • Picking and Packing of ecommerce and retail orders as required
  • Substituting for roles when someone is absent.
  • General Housekeeping & Cleaning
