Warehouse Support Technician

We are looking for skilled warehouse specialists to come and join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in inventory support, as well as learning more technical skills to set up and repair devices, when needed.

You'll have on-the job training to upskill your technical abilities, in a relaxed and friendly warehouse environment.

This role is Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm each day.

Whilst past experience in a similar role would be beneficial, what we're really looking for is someone with the right attitude - if you are willing to learn and help our teams be as efficient as possible, then you'll fit right in.

The Role and Responsibilities:

• Working with our shipping team to support with goods-in and goods-out of the warehouse.
• Forklift driving (we will put you through your licence, if you don't have one already).
• Learning how to stage devices for our customers (install software), and support that team when needed.
• Learning how to repair broken devices that come in.
• Other general warehouse duties where required, such as moving stock around, packing boxes, and tidying the warehouse floor.
• Maintain up to date information on devices coming in and out of the warehouse on our tracking system.
• Perform quality checks on devices.
