Job description

Straight Forward Recruitment are delighted to represent our client, who is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will also need to have an in-date Counterbalance Forklift Certificate, in order to undertake the daily required duties.

Our client has been manufacturing and distributing a huge range of garden timber products for nearly 20 years, including Log Cabins, Gazebos, Garden Furniture, Decking, and virtually anything you could need for your garden throughout the UK.

Pay Rate: GBP13.85 per hour, based on a 37-hour working week.

Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm (8.00am to 4.00pm on days, subject to Goods in/Goods out requirements.)

Responsibilities:
  • Review the daily manifest of customer orders.
  • Be responsible for picking and assembling required orders.
  • Update stock control relating to orders on the client's computer system (CRM).
  • Assist with the loading of lorries with customer orders and the unloading of stock materials.
  • Replenish timber stock and products to designated orders.
  • Maintain communication within the warehouse team and management.
Skills Required:
  • In-date Counterbalance Forklift Certificate.
  • Basic computer skills related to updating stock control and order processes.
  • Good communication skills.
