About the role
  1. Manage, train, and develop teams to achieve performance targets and ensure best customer care practices.
  2. Conduct regular one-on-one performance reviews with direct reports.
  3. Ensure all activities are supported by SOPs, training records, and training matrices.
  4. Communicate effectively with direct reports through meetings and updates.
  5. Recruit and select staff according to company guidelines.
  6. Address and manage employee relations situations to maintain best practices.
  7. Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for smooth department operation.
  8. Maintain inventory accuracy and complete daily/weekly KPIs.
  9. Ensure health and safety standards within the site.
  10. Support change initiatives and promote a professional, respectful workplace culture.
About you
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or production management.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Siebel.
  3. Strong product and process knowledge.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Team leadership and people management skills.
  6. Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  7. Strong training and coaching capabilities.
  8. Proven ability to build and motivate teams.
  9. Proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to act on own initiative.
  10. Positive, "can-do" attitude and flexibility in handling various tasks.
