Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations during the weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills and a solid understanding of logistics and materials handling. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient running of the warehouse activities, team management, and adherence to safety protocols. Must be able to use initiative to achieve the goals and complete all work throughout the weekend.

Working Pattern: Thurs & Friday: 10:00-20:00, Sat & Sunday: 08:00 - 20:00

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
2. Oversee a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to optimize performance.
3. Look after the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management.
4. Implement and maintain warehouse systems to streamline processes.
5. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
6. Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, liaising with third-party logistics (3PL) providers as necessary.

Warehouse Supervisor Experience

1. Proven experience in a warehouse supervisor role or similar position is essential.
2. Strong knowledge of logistics processes and materials handling practices.
3. Familiarity with warehouse management systems.
4. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by operational needs.
5. Experience in supervising and leading teams within a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
